Sunset Kruger Safaris

Classic images if a copper sun descending low, illuminating the sky with all of it’s splendour, and bidding the ancient land good night will have your imagination running wild. When you go on a safari at sunset, you might witness the emergence of an alternate reality and take its ethereal African beauty.

The Sunset Safari Experience

The Kruger National Park and Marloth Park are naturally separated by the Crocodile River which provides fantastic possibilities for game viewing. Elephant herds enjoying themselves in the river are a typical sight.

Take a sunset game drive in an open vehicle through Marloth Park along the Crocodile River with one of our highly knowledgeable ad experienced guides.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic baskets since the tour guide will make stops along the way at the viewpoint sites and at the Pavilion where sundowners can be enjoyed while taking in the breathtaking sunset and animals.

From shortly before dusk till after dark, you will have a 2 hour trip, giving you the opportunity to take in the beauty of Marloth Park’s iconic riverside sunsets.
